our story
pane | dolce began many years ago, with the formation of The Bakehouse 55 in Redmond, WA. From there, we migrated to Walla Walla, WA with the purchase and growth of the Walla Walla Bread Company. We return now as pane | dolce, with decades of experience in perfecting our craft.
We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors, and of passion and skill.

We believe that our products can only be as good as the ingredients that go in to them. This is why we use fresh produce, local flour, and zero additives to keep our bread and pastries all about the quality.
