    we offer all sorts of sourdough bread, made from local flour and grains. we also carry soft, sandwich style loaves, buns, brioche, ciabatta, focaccia, sciachiatta and more.

    our pastries are known for their consistency, quality and beauty. we make an assortment of croissants and other laminated doughs, scones, cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, brioche and much more.

  • dessert

    we can create custom dessert items for your event or party. with desserts, the sky is the limit.

our story

pane | dolce began many years ago, with the formation of The Bakehouse 55 in Redmond, WA. From there, we migrated to Walla Walla WA with the purchase of the Walla Walla Bread Co.

We are thrilled and proud to begin again as pane | dolce here in Walla Walla, WA, where we will pursue our passion and talent for traditional baking methods.

Our business is a balance between old techniques and new, between traditional products and innovative ones, and between our past and our future.

Our ingredients

We use as many local ingredients as possible, and have created relationships with many of the farmers in the Walla Walla Valley. We are fortunate to live in a very productive part of Washington State, and we take advantage of that at every step of our process. From the flour and grains to the fresh produce and local dairy, we are proud to use and feature ingredients from our neighbors!
